Successful applicants must have a solid understanding of industry processes and familiarity with the private hire sector. Professional telephone etiquette and superior communication skills are required. Applicants must also have a strong geographical understanding of London and the United Kingdom, as well as the capacity to operate under pressure.
We are seeking an eager, motivated, and energetic person to join our team in Finchley. You will be controlling approx. 15 Night Drivers / 40 Day Drivers. This position will typically need between 36 and 60 hours per week, and flexibility is required.
The duties include this abetta position:
Dispatching Bookings to Drivers.
Taking Bookings via Telephone/In Person/Email.
Responding to emails.
Assisting other team members.
Experience of Autocab is an advantage but not necessary.

We are NOT looking to outsource our work, and are only looking for applicants based in LONDON that can travel to our office.
