What if I prebooked a ar out of the area and I'm running late?
We give any journey other than airports 10 minutes free waiting time. After 10 Minutes from the booking time waiting time applies at £5 every 15 Minutes (£20 Per hour).
Will you track my flight?
Yes! For all airport pickups we track the flight, ensuring the driver gets to the airport at the correct time. The driver will typically go into the car park (At LHR / LGW) 20 Minutes after landing to help you avoid the car park fees.
What if I'm sick in the car?

How do I pay?
We accept cash in the car, card bookings over the phone or payment via Apple/Google Pay/Card via the App/Web Booker.
What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?
The office regularly monitors flight arrivals and instruct drivers to go inside the airport building according to the actual landing time.
We give you the first hour free of charge (from the point the plane lands) after this waiting time is charged at £5 for every 15 minutes.
Where do I meet my driver when I arrive at the airport?
The Meeting Point is detailed in the booking process and is also stated in the email confirmation. You will also receive a text confirmation of the meeting location.
What if I cannot locate my driver?
You are able to call the driver directly from the text tracking link, alternatively you can call us on +44 (0)208 445 1111 quoting your transfer order reference or your name and our experienced staff will be pleased to assist and connect you with your driver.
Is your company licensed?
Yes, we are a licensed company and comply fully with the regulations set by the PCO (Public Carriage Office and TFL).
Will I have to pay only your quoted price?
Generally, you will only pay the quoted price. It is very rare that extra charges are added, and you would be informed about them beforehand. The only time the fare will be different is if the journey stated changes destination or the driver is kept waiting at original pick up or any via address , each situation is different.
How long before I need the car should I make my booking?
Suppose my flight is cancelled, What will happen?
Please call us immediately on +44 (0)208 445 1111 quoting your booking reference number or your name and our experienced staff will be able to assist. We will also know from our flights monitoring about the cancellation, no driver will have been despatched, and we will be pleased to re- arrange for your rescheduled transfer.
Suppose I miss the flight, What happens?
If you miss your flight due to traffic or other delays during your journey, please note that this is outside of Abetta’s control. We strongly advise allowing extra time to ensure you arrive at the airport well in advance of your departure.
Please call us immediately on +44 (0)208 445 1111 quoting your booking reference number or your name. If we have despatched the driver, the full terms and conditions shall apply and you will have to pay the “No Show” charge. If you contact us before we despatch the driver, we can re-book your airport transfer without extra charges.
What if I have an accident inside or outside the cab?
If you are unfortunately involved in a road accident with one of the drivers from Abetta.
Your claim is with the driver and the driver’s Private Hire insurance company.
They are fully insured for such incidents.
Even if he damages Property whilst manoeuvring his vehicle at your house.
Do you provide booster or baby seats?
We do supply both free of charge however they are subject to availability. Please keep in mind there is a soilage charge of £20 for booster seats & £50 for baby seats.
