Successful applicants must have a solid understanding of industry processes and familiarity with the same-day courier sector. Professional telephone etiquette and superior communication skills are required. Applicants must also have a strong geographical understanding of London and the United Kingdom, as well as the capacity to operate under pressure.
We are seeking an eager, motivated, and energetic person to join our team in N1. This position will require 50 hours per week.
The duties include for this Abetta Position:
Dispatching Bookings to Drivers.
Taking Bookings via Telephone/Email.
Responding to emails.
Assisting other team members.
Experience of 'Plus Systems' is an advantage but not necessary.
In addition, we provide competitive salaries (Negotiable) and benefits such as free parking & a large office (Tesco next door) in N1 with kitchen facilities available. Our office is also easily accessible using public transport links (10 Minute walk from Essex Road).
We are NOT looking to outsource our work, and are only looking for applicants based in LONDON that can travel to our office.
