Airport Pickup Details

1. Within the notes section of the App please include the number of Passengers, Check-In Cases, Hand Luggage.
2. Flight Number: Tap the Time Box (bottom), select the landing date, then tap on your airline, you will see the flights landing on that day, please select your flight.
3. Heathrow/Gatwick: Extra parking charges apply as we meet you inside the terminal (Meet & Greet)
4. Free waiting: You get 1 hour free waiting time from touch-down, then waiting time is charged at £7 per 15 minutes.
5. Please check your email inbox once booked for additonal important details.

Nameboard - If you are not the passenger please put the name of the passenger in the notes section of the App.
